Stump Grinding

With as much effort as you put into keeping your lawn beautiful, it’s important to make sure that unsightly stumps aren’t driving down your home’s curb appeal. Beyond that, stumps create safety hazards that can cause major injuries or property damage. Aman Arbor and Yard offers complete stump grinding services that will keep your yard both beautiful and safe.

When you’ve had a tree removed from your property, the procedure often leaves behind a stump. Although you’ve made your property safer by removing a sick or otherwise dangerous tree, the stump creates risks and hazards of its own. Stumps create tripping hazards that make it difficult for you, your family, and your guests to enjoy your yard. If your yard is not well lit and your stump is hard to see when it’s dark out, they can also cause car accidents that may increase your insurance costs, leave you injured, or both. And if the tree you removed had been sick, its stump still carries the disease and can make the rest of your yard sick too.

Stump grinding from Aman Arbor and Yard will leave your lawn healthy, safe, and looking sharp.

Aman Arbor and Yard’s stump grinding experts can help. By removing your stump, we can remove these hazards and give your yard the clean, timeless look you want. We offer stump grinding along with our tree removal services, but we also grind stumps that were left behind by other specialists. In any case, you can count on us to remove them safely, efficiently, and without disturbing your utility lines.

Our stump grinding process is pretty simple. Once the tree has been removed, we’ll use a chainsaw to cut the stump down as close to ground level as possible. From there, we’ll use a stump grinder to safely remove the stump below ground level. We can either leave the grindings behind to be used as mulch, or, if you’d like to regrow grass in the area where the stump was, we can remove them. There is an additional cost to remove the grindings based on the size and location of the stump.
